At Asavir Jewels, we take pride in offering high-Quality jewelry crafted In Diamonds from premium metals like Gold, Silver, Palladium, Silver Palladium Mix and Platinum. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to make every purchase a pleasant experience. Please review our return and exchange policy below:

1. Returns Within a Month

  • Items returned within 30 days of purchase will be refunded at the invoice price.
  • The item must be in its original condition, including any accompanying materials such as receipts, certificates, and packaging.
  • If the Receipts is not provided then we shall decide on spot the Value of it for Return and Exchange.

2. Returns or Exchanges After a Month

  • Exchanges: If you exchange an item after 30 days, the value will be calculated at 20% less than the invoice price.
  • Returns: If you choose to return an item after 30 days, the refund will be issued at 30% less than the invoice price.

3. Applicable Metals

This policy applies to Diamond/Non Diamond jewelry crafted from the following metals:

  • Gold
  • Silver
  • Palladium
  • Silver Palladium Mix
  • Platinum

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our customer service team at asavirjewels@gmail.com / 0324-0272847 with your invoice details.
  2. Bring in person or ship the item to our store or the address provided by our team. (Shipping costs for returns/exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.)

 

Asavir Jewels Watch Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Asavir Jewels we are committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service. We’ve outlined our detailed returns and exchanges policy below to ensure transparency and ease for our valued customers.

Returns for Watches

  • If your watch has a defect or technical issue, you may return or exchange it within 7 days of receiving it.
  • All returns require prior approval through a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)from asavir.pk.

Please Note:

  • Returns or exchanges due to “change of mind”or “disliking the watch” will not be accepted.
  • Shipping costs will reduce the total refund amount.
  • Certain watches, especially limited or special editions, may have a more restrictive return policy.

Return & Exchange Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The watch must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
  2. The watch must be in new condition and original packaging, including all materials (manuals, tags, accessories, etc.).
  3. The package must be shipped via insured ground service with a tracking number.
  4. If the Invoice or Related documents are not provided then jewelry will be calculated as market value.

Important Notes

  • Return Shipping Charges: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Lost or Damaged Packages: Asavir Jewels is not liable for any loss or damage during return shipping.
  • Online or POS Payments: A transaction fee of 5% will be deducted for refunds on purchases made via online payment methods or POS systems.
  • A warranty card provided by Asavir Jewels is mandatory for claiming warranty services.

Warranty Exclusions

The following are NOT covered under warranty:

  • Bands, straps, and bracelets.
  • Glass, exposed crystals, and other embellishments.
  • Damage from accidents, water exposure, poor care, or normal wear and tear.

“Like New” Watches

Our “Like New” collection consists of watches sourced from overseas suppliers at discounted prices. While thoroughly inspected, these watches may:

  • Lack original packaging.
  • Exhibit minor scratches or expired leather straps.

By purchasing from this category, you agree that exchange or return requests based on these minor imperfections will not be accepted.

Exchange or Refund Restrictions

Exchanges or refunds will NOT be applicable for:

  1. Change of Mind: Deciding you no longer want the product.
  2. Gift Dislike: If the recipient doesn’t like the watch.
  3. Size Issues: Strap or dial size concerns.
  4. Promotional Items: Discounts and promotions are not applicable for exchange items.

Perfume Return Policy

Perfumes purchased from Asavir Jewels are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. We strongly encourage customers to review their order carefully before completing the purchase.
